Main features:
1. Drive system use original imported high-pressure variable displacement hydraulic pump and our newly developed automatic reciprocating hydraulic cylinder, remove complex electronic-controlled hydraulic system, perfectly achieve integration of electronic system and hydraulic system, simplifying its structure, reducing its weight, make the operation more simple, reducing the quality requirements for equipment operator;
2. To use plunger-type high-pressure airless spraying method, equip with wear-resistant ceramic paint pump with 9L/min flow, has advantages of larger flow and stable pressure, ensure coating edge and head neat, coating surface smooth.
3. To apply to cold-solvent paint, water-based paint and two-component pain (1:1), can complete two kinds of construction way of cold paint spraying and two-component(1:1) spraying, and achieve one machine multipurpose, ensure user’s investment less, cost-effective.
4. To use front lockable directional device, ensure machine moving straight and turning flexible around the curve.
5. To use fine adjustment spray gun rack, more flexibly and accurately adjusting marking width.
6. Optional pressurized glass beads tank, which can achieve glass beads pneumatic spraying, much better adhesion between glass beads and coating, much better continuously working ability, much higher efficiency.
7. Optional LCD digital display controllers, line-type selection, function switch, error adjustment, remote operation, construction quantity calculation storage and safety control and other functions, all of them can achieve digital operation, more convenient and practical.
